Val leads every project personally — from the first site visit and colour advice through to a clean, snag-free hand-back. We take on full redecorations, after-tenancy refreshes, decorative work and specialist woodwork in occupied homes, period properties and busy commercial spaces.

VS7Development Ltd was founded in 2016 by Valeri Stoyanchov, bringing more than nine years of experience to painting and decorating in Central London. Val has worked alongside architects, interior designers and private clients who expect exceptional standards — and a team that turns up, communicates clearly and delivers what was promised.
We believe the difference is in the preparation: surfaces made good properly, materials chosen with care, and finishes applied with patience. That is how you get rooms that feel calm, refined and built to last — not merely repainted.
Most of our work is in occupied homes, listed buildings and active commercial spaces across Westminster, Kensington, Mayfair and surrounding areas. We plan carefully around your routine, protect what matters, and leave every site tidy at handover.
